I love roasting veggies all year round, but I get the most excited when it’s brussels season.
These maple roasted brussels sprouts are a great side dish for any weeknight meal or in any veggie lunch bowl.
They’re roasted at high heat then tossed with maple syrup – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with a delicious hint of sweet.
I like to roast a huge batch, so I can reheat the leftovers throughout the week. It’s such an easy veggie option.
