HEALTH BENEFITS:
01 | AVOCADO
Avocados are high in vitamin E, which is crucial for improving the complexion of your skin. It’s an incredible source of monounsaturated fats (to help raise your “good” cholesterol levels), contains a ton of fiber and potassium, and acts an internal moisturizer.
02 | MANGO
Great source of carotenoids and vitamins A and C, which brightens up dull-looking skin and keeps your skin healthy.
03 | SPINACH/KALE/GREENS
Dark, leafy greens contain a high quantity of antioxidants, which is extremely important for your skin, because antioxidants fight free radicals. They contain lots of vitamin A, which repairs damaged skin, as well as beta-carotene, folate, B vitamins, vitamin E, calcium, magnesium and potassium – all the beauty boosters.
04 | COCONUT WATER
Coconut water is incredibly hydrating. It contains potassium, magnesium, copper and other essential minerals that are critical for healthy skin. It also has antioxidants, which prevents and neutralizes damage caused by free radicals.
05 | CAMU CAMU
Camu camu is the most concentrated, natural food source of vitamin C – it’ll brighten your skin, repair connective tissue and promote collagen production improving the tone of your skin. It’ll rebuild tissue, purify your blood, strengthen your immune system… and promote fat burning in the body. Lots of benefits here.
06 | GROUND FLAXSEED
Ground flax is the highest known plant source of omega-3 fatty acids. It’s great for immune and cardiovascular health, and also helps to reduces inflammation. A great source of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals.
INGREDIENTS:
½ unsweetened plain coconut water

TIPS:
- Use organic produce, if possible – either fresh or frozen.
